Salon Policies

​

Covid-19 Mask Policy: With the ongoing pandemic and the fluctuating stages Austin has gone through in the last few months, Oasis Nails will be upholding our mask policy. All clients and visitors are required to wear their masks at all times while in the salon. Disposable masks are available with an additional 50c charge onto the client's tab, per mask. Clients who refuse to wear a mask, vaccinated or not, will not be permitted to enter the salon and those with appointments will be asked to reschedule.

Walk-ins: While we do accept Walk-ins, due to limited staff and the ongoing pandemic, we do recommend calling in for an appointment. Clients with appointments will be prioritized and will be seen before walk-ins.

Appointments: Clients with appointments will be seen before walk-ins unless the client is over 10 min late without a notice. Appointment's will be held for an additional 10 min with notice and canceled after 15 min without notice. Clients with multiple late arrivals or missed appointments will no longer be allowed to make appointments and encouraged to walk-in.

3-Day Policy: We honor a 3 day policy with it comes to our services. Breaks, chip, and other issues will be taken care of on the house if it occurs within the first 3 days after your initial visit. All repairs after the 3 day period will be charged according to the issue.

 *The 3-Day does NOT apply to dislike of color (gel, lacquer, dip). Please confirm your color with the technician before application.!*
